2006 Distinguished Service Award

When one thinks of the word (Distinguished), the adjectives that readily comes to mind, (just to list a few), are words such as extraordinary, refined, grand and / or set-apart.

This year's, "2006 Distinguished Service Award" which is presented annually by the Metropolitan Business League (MBL) to small entrepreneurial and/or minority businesses that have volunteeredits efforts (financial resources, human resources, creativity and business skills), was presented to Joint Logistics Managers, Inc..

Our President and CEO-LaVern Jackson was chosen also as this year's recipient of the very prestigious "MBL Amos Tuck Award Scholarship". This award is based on a members’demonstrated commitment to excellence in business. LaVern will be attending for one week, and extensive curriculum at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH.
