Title: Multi Functional Fielding Training Technician

The Position will be in Prince George, VA.

Description:

The Multi Functional Fielding Training Technician (MFTT) will assist with Standard Automation Management Information Systems (STAMIS) fielding at sites around the world. The MFTT is responsible for documenting property accountability transfer from the manufacturer to the user. The MFTT will participate in Site Surveys for ULLS-A (E), SAMS-E and PBUSE and conduct “New Materiel Information Briefs" (NMIB). The MFTT will keep records and will report progress of Survey efforts as directed by the Government Task Lead and in doing so will work closely with Government employees and other contractors to accomplish initial site setup and briefings at Fielding Sites. A MFTT may lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected by a MFTT. A MFTT will be subject to other tasks as assigned. More than 70% travel required

Two Positions Available (2 shifts)

Title: Industrial Training Facilitator

The Positions will be in Mechanicsville, VA (Near Richmond, VA.)

Description:

Candidate will conduct/facilitate industrial training at a large company in Mechanicsville, VA for 8 weeks this Summer on various topics using commercial DVDs. There will be 2 shifts for conducting the training one day and one night. Training audience will be only 3 to 5 personnel/students per class. There will be some training development to directly relate the DVDs to the operating environment in the company. Maintaining attendance, testing and grading and providing certificates of completion are some of the required administrative tasks.

Title: Supply Analyst (Item Manager) (MMC)

The Position will be in Fort Gillem, GA.

Description:

Responsible for assisting the SARSS-1 sites operators and their supported customers in the research and validation of all supply transactions with active or inactive status within the MMC transactional records. Reviews actual demands, validates financial posture, initiates expedite procedures and provides an interface between the retail and wholesale supply systems. Provides financial management to all RSC/DRC when needed. Monitors all DODAAC parameters and update processes when needed. Monitors the Requisition Validation (REQVAL) process. Provides customer support with units, RSC/DRC’s and all SARSS-1’s when needed. Resolves customer requests and problems. Coordinates with Defense Automatic Address System (DAAS), to update DODAAC’s and APC’s monitors and maintains the DODAAF program. Processes Manager Review File transactions on a daily basis, reviews Logistics information Warehouse (LIW) inquiries and coordinates special projects when needed. Coordinates with the following agencies to ensure the interoperability to enhance supply support: Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA), Total Asset Visibility (TAV) and Source of Supply (SOS) operations. Creates and runs Informix Standard Query Language scripts to produce tailored report structures to support the material management functions. Remains current on logistical systems that affect MMC Logistical support. Provides Production Based Training as stipulated in the commands directives. Generates and manages the reconciliation report for all SARSS-1 sites assigned to this area. Determines actions needed to validate the various reports generated at the CMMC. Creates and runs numerous SQL reports to be used by both this command and the various RSC/DRC on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Validates, reviews and processes all transactions generated by the system parameter guidelines on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of : Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA), Total Asset Visibility (TAV) and Source of Supply (SOS) operations
  • Knowledge in Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW)

(JLMI) is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of New Parent Support Program, Plus (NPSP)-Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Coordinator in support of Army Community Services (ACS) located in Fort Lee, Virginia. Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The NPSP PLUS-FAP Coordinator performs a myriad of duties in support of Fort Lee ACS to include but not limited to facilitating weekly story hours and play groups for families with young children; providing outreach services; working with groups and coordinating special events; conducting needs assessments and recommending services; developing relationships and coordinating with area military and civilian agencies for effective service delivery for military families.

b. Licensed social workers functioning as NPSP, Plus personnel shall have a minimum of two years of direct experience in child abuse prevention with high needs families, e.g. home visiting, parent education or early childhood education.

c. RN’s shall have a minimum of two years of direct experience in maternal/child health, community health, or mental health. RN’s who provide services as part of NPSP-Plus shall have a current, nonrestrictive U. S. license to practice nursing.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES - The primary purpose for this service is to administer the Victim Advocacy Program for spousal abuse. The Victim Advocate Coordinator (VAC) trains and educates recommended personnel on the installation regarding the most effective responses to domestic violence on behalf of victims and at-risk family members. The Victim Advocacy Program provides comprehensive assistance and liaison to and for victims of spousal abuse. Quality control is normally exercised through case staffing, regularly scheduled conferences, and review of client contacts and referrals, reports, and correspondence. The VAC is expected to exercise good personal judgment in the application of procedures to cases. Actions taken in particular cases must be consistent with the plans of the professional social workers or counselor who is the case manager.
