Description:
JLMI is currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Quality Assurance Specialist. This position answers directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and will be responsible for coordinating with all team members within the organization to ensure and maintain high levels of quality relevant to company product and business transactions. This position will organize activities that identify problems and develop steps to avoid future problems.
Experience Required:
- Previous/significant time (15 years) with US Army CSS STAMIS
- A minimum of 15 years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of current and evolving CSS automation capabilities
- Knowledge of Modular unit constructs and automation requirements

JLMI is currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Finance Master Trainer. This position will be supporting the Global Combat Support System– Army (GCSS-Army) Program in Richmond, VA. This is a mid-level position with two primary functions:
- Aiding in the creation and sustainment of GCSS-Army Finance Training materials by functioning as an Army Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Managing, mentoring and evaluating GCSS-Army Finance instructors.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience (enlisted or civilian ) operating and/or training Legacy Army Financial Systems/GFEBS
- Experience developing and maintaining ASAT-compliant training materials
- Previous experience developing and delivering Instructor-led platform instruction
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to brief/train a variety of audience types

- Experience in identifying existing process improvement required and report existing deficiencies to management

Position Responsibilities:
